Attuned HRM Systems for Social Enterprises

چکیده

This paper is motivated by a puzzling observation made when conducting case study of ProCredit (PC), well-known social bank. The HR practices that this enterprise (SE) adopted to cultivate mission identification were unfavorably impacting its retention rate. Building on prior research and our analysis the case, we argue need for SEs embrace HRM systems are both mission-identification proactive employee-retention preemptive. It theorizes these should be attuned labor market conditions (e.g., segmentation competition employees) frame how develop sustain Person-Organization (P-O) fit. Attuned adapted tuned support SEs’ adeptness operate against grain country industry norms.
